Are these still being offered? Does there still need to a minimum order to start a run?

I was told to go directly the the jersey maker, since they already had the PPS pattern, and that the minimum order for that pattern had already been fufilled(meaning that you could order them in singles).
Sadly, I never got a response out of the company, so I just gave up.
I might try again at a later date.
Let me know if you hear anything from them(sorry I can't give you the name off the top of my head). I think the company was something like CSG.

If a mass order means a discount, I might be in. I just found the old page with the jersey info on it. I could definitely do without spending $70 on a jersey. Otherwise I might have to go the cheap route and just order one the POG baseball jersey shirts and put my name on it with some iron-on lettering. :usa2:

Good luck getting in touch with CSG, Custom Sports Gear. Ive written them three emails about getting a PPS jersey. Ive gotten zero replies. Its rather annoying. Might have to try calling them soon, cause i hate being left hanging.

I know there are several other companies that are willing to pick up a new order. With the amount of errors with both PPS and CSG in the last order I doubt they are willing to make one at a time.
The next order will be web based so everyone can confirm sizes and spelling.
Please PM me if you know of a Jerysey manufacture with a good reputation.

What's the company that made the team POG jerseys for the Owner's Group Division? Was that CSG too?

I'm not sure about contacts for getting the jerseys made, but I'd like to be included if there's a group order planned.

I was asked to come check this thread out and comment or give suggestions.
CSG was also the company who made the Shartley Customs jerseys. I was absolutely pleased with the quality of the jerseys, when they were right and didn’t have manufacturing defects. I can only imagine what PPS went through with their orders, but if it was anything like what I went through from day one, I know why they are looking for another company to make their jerseys. My end customers did not experience any of the problems I did, except for late production dates (EVERY time).
Again, let me state that the product quality is outstanding. But everything else was far from what it should have been, for a company of ANY size.
I will not get into all the problems I had, but know that I do not recommend them (CSG) to anyone looking to get jerseys made. There are simply far too many problems for the end result.
As for contacting CSG… good luck. Not only have they become virtually unreachable by e-mail, but I had tried to contact them by PHONE countless times about allowing my formerly sponsored team “Rare Breed” to continue to use the Shartley Customs jersey design because they simply loved it so much and it became their trademark look. I finally had to just throw my hands up in the air and stop trying to contact them.
CSG was not bashful about talking down about other jersey manufacturers though. I found this out when I blatantly told them that if they could not handle my business and correctly I would be more than happy to relieve them of the pressure and go with another company. I tried to be as nice as I could with them though since I had already gone though so much with them and didn’t want to repeat it with yet another company,
As for any other company out there who can do similar jerseys, I think Animal Paintball is the closest to what CSG offered. I am not sure of the quality or service though since I have not personally used them nor held their jerseys in my hands.
Good luck Craig.

Thanks for the input, Sam.
I just found out that CSG also does the Team POG jerseys. . . sigh.
Here's the site for Animal Paintball (http://www.animalpaintball.com/custom_jerseys.html). Minimum order for completely custom jerseys is only 5, s that's not too bad. I haven't looked at their pricing yet, though. They also have some really cool pre-existing jerseys that can be slightly customized.

What about the company that made the jerseys for the CPPA.

It appears the "Animal Paintball" guys are $65 a piece.
Their custom creation page (http://www.animalpaintball.com/cgi-bin/VirtualCatalog/CatalogMgr.pl?cartID=b-7650&SearchField=partnumber&SearchFor=jersey_totalcustom&template=Htx/jersey_totallycustom.htx&hdrFile=ssi-customgear.htx)

I had gotten a jersey through CSG for the A5 Owners group. Though i did get my jersey, it took a while for it to arrive, and the people who started the order had some issues getting things done. But the jersey was very high quality and looks amazing
Five months ago my team ordered jerseys through Animal Paintball. The situation wasnt much better. They were easy to contact, but they werent always too responsive or helpful. They messed up the order twice. Including placing an American flag facing the wrong way on a sleeve (stars should always face front). It was not a fun experience overall. There were many delays. But once again i did eventually get it, and just like CSG it is a high quality jersey with a job well done.
Overall i like the CSG jerseys quality a little better than Animals, just cause the CSG feels stronger. I dont know of any other online vendors who make custom jerseys though.

I agree, the end product from CSG is FANTASTIC.
But all the other issues.. oh my. I don’t ever have these kinds of problems from any other company outside the paintball world. Every batch late. Entire batches printed wrong. At least one jersey in each batch with seams NOT sewn (good thing we sew in-house as well and is a reason I didn’t have them drop ship to my customers. I wanted to inspect the products before the customer got them). Entire batches sized wrong. Inability to contact adequately. Late billing (anyone running a budget knows how aggravating this can be). You name it.
I just don’t see how they stay in business… except that paintball players seem to be a forgiving bunch that as long as in the end they get what they wanted they seem to forget the mess they went through to get it. OR there simply isn’t enough competition out there. I don’t know. But it makes me shake my head in bewilderment.
I simply LOVE my CSG made jerseys (as do those who ordered them from me). But the problems I went through to get them, and get them right, makes me not want to jump back into that fire. And all the while trying to stay as friendly and nice as I could as to not hamper the process any more than their ineptness already had.
Sorry, it just hits a nerve with me. And more so since I LOVE the jerseys.

Check out www.spreadshirt.com I've got a couple shirts I ordered from them with my choice of lettering, and I'm planning on doing it again soon.

Maybe someone would like to e-mail this company, info@a-1paintballstore.com
They might take over production for PPS.

Did I miss something? They look to be a STORE, not a manufacturer of products. A lot of places use the very same companies to make products, or simply sell other company’s products.

I looked at spreadshirt.com thinking it would be great to have a PPS logo on the front and lettering on the back, but was quickly disappointed by all the legal-schmegal garbage regarding logo copyrights.
I'd happily pay a little more for PPS to have the shirt made the way I want it rather than risking the consequences of going the other route...

Uh... I'm guessing that as long as you aren't selling them, the PPS crew wouldn't mind you making one for yourself. Ask to be sure.

Seems like it would be free advertising for them.

Yes, in a way. But most companies like to at least get the chance to approve the “advertising” that is being done. And then there are issues of others making a profit from their name or branding. This does not mean the person having them made, but the company who is MAKING them. While this is not a problem for many smaller companies, larger ones DO have issues with it.
So it is best to always get approval first, for both the intended design as well as for having them made period.
Oh.... and I just noticed that I am a "girl scout". ;) WooHoo

Looks like their site needs some work. There's no distinction between CJ and CJ2 in price or description(both descriptions misspell polyester, by the way). They also don't give you a template to work with, from what I can tell.

I definitley agree that their site is bad. They just have been reccomended by some teams and the samples of finished products looked great. I think animal paintball would be a great choice to, just throwing it out there.

My team's Animal paintball jerseys look good, but they aren't very durable.
