my buddys pre 2k blazer seems to be double loading....i checked his pressures and everything seemd good, and his timing seemed good too, when pulled real slow with bolth hands
the only other thing i could think of ,would be the sear hight adjustment above the grip ??:dontknow:
just wondering if i go in or out and how much:dots:

Double loading could be caused by the sear not catching the bolt when bolt is pushed back so you would need to increase the height of the sear. But it could also be that his detents are not stopping the ball in the breech so it's allowing two to drop in a single cycle. Since the timing looks good I'd check the detent

The only other thing it can be besides timing and sear wear is bolt o-rings.
Take the front bolt o-ring off and see if it works. (unless it has flat rings)

Just can't imagine to find that much wear on the sear to cause a double feed, sear hight adjustment on the other hand?
Usually, problems like that can occur by belt fed loaders and missing balls in the detents, as well as ridiculously small paint.
