Where have the Ring mounts gone

Are ring mounts no longer available . I dont see them on the website anymore. And is ther going to be something to replace them that is adjustable. Besides the block mount.

They were discontinued. We are in close contact with multiple manfactures to find a replacement. Weaver switched over to detatchable rings that are not strong enough for bottom line kits. We even tried all steal detachable rings but one ring weighs more than half of the reg.


I think we have 2 nickel bases left.

Boy I am so happy that I have two sets then. One on my Blazer and one on my SP-8

Ya I have 2 also and was thinking of getting another one but Iwill have to wait untill something is found. I have been looking at scope mounts at the sporting goods stores and have not seen anything as strong as the old ring mount.

iunno, i just use 2 dovetail 1" scope rings. it holds up a 68/3000 fine. probably wont work using just 1 though. arent unimounts also compatible?
